Bumbu yang telah dihaluskan dicampur dengan daun salam, lengkuas, dan potongan daging sapi, beri air, direbus sampai daging lunak dan air kering, tuang minyak, angkat, aduk rata, lalu tusuki dengan tusukan sate.&lt;br /&gt;2. Setelah harum masukkan masukkan 500 ml santan kental dan 2 batang sereh yg sudah dimemarkan. Aduk jangan sampai pecah. Masukkan 4 sendok makan gula putih dan garam secukupnya. Cicipi bila perlu. Setelah mendidih masukkan lele yang telah digoreng kering dan beberapa cabe rawit.
